FAQ

How often should I detail my motorcycle?
To keep it looking its absolute best, your motorcycle should be detailed when it comes out of the winter storage and then again at the end of the riding season. We do recommend hand washes or an “Express Service” in between to keep the dirt and brake-dust from accumulating. Keeping a proper detailing schedule will help prevent possible damage from taking hold and becoming permanent

Can all the metal on my motorcycle be polished?
Motorcycles are covered in many different types of metals; therefore the surfaces of the metals vary greatly. Chrome, Aluminum, and Steel are the most common types of metal on motorcycles. Our ability to remove the rust is based on the condition and type of metal involved.

Why do the prices vary based on type of motorcycle?
Although all motorcycles are basically the same size, the differences in materials and accessories affects the price. The most time consuming part of detailing a motorcycles is polishing the metal. Sport bikes, for example, are mostly made of plastic with little or no extra shiny metal in order to keep the weight down. Custom bikes or choppers are usually covered in chrome from top to bottom, and thus require more time and effort to perform a high quality detail.

Can melted boot rubber be removed from my exhaust pipes?
Usually yes. Often we are able to remove all of the unsightly rubber on your pipes, but on occasion the condition is too severe to solve without scratching the metal

Will you dress my tires?
No, not even if you request it. While it does make them look good, dressing the tires could cause them to slip or lose contact with the road's surface. This could be very dangerous to not only the rider but also for other nearby drivers.
